All of our products are hand-painted for you exclusively. Therefore, please not that there may be slight color variations in comparison to the images displayed on the website. These slight variations do not render the product defective. See below for Defective Items.
Returns are not accepted for items that have been labeled NON-RETURNABLE in the product description. Also, we do not accept any piece that has been personalized.
If you wish to return or exchange an item, please email email@example.com before sending the item back. Merchandise must be returned within 10 days of the delivery date for a full refund. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Items that are returned with signs of being worn or delivered to our returns department outside the 10-day window will be sent back to the original address.
The customer is responsible for paying the shipping charges for any goods returned. We strongly advise using a courier who offers a tracking service.
Once the returned items are received, ZoeK team can evaluate the state of the goods. Our team has the right to not accept returns of any item that is unfit for resale or without the original labels and packaging.

All complaints will be resolved in good faith. Products are defective in case they have been damaged or if a manufacturing fault occurs within 15 calendar days of the date of purchase. The user is reminded that products that are damaged due to wear and tear are not considered defective.
All products with an obvious manufacturing fault will be replaced or compensated immediately. If the user wishes to change a defective product, he/she should be aware that our company may only replace the defective product with the same product of the same size, subject to availability. In case the product is not available, and the user does not wish to purchase another available product, our company will provide a refund. Wherever possible, our company will repair the defective product and return it to the user at the expense of our company.
A product with a possible color or other slight variation regarding the size of designs in comparison to the size displayed in the images on our website is not considered defective.
In any case, please notify us by email to email@example.com with details and photographs of the product fault to return within 7 days of receipt.
